Fees, Billing ,and Insurance:
Our office will work very hard to obtain maximum
payment from your health insurance company.
If you receive a statement from our office, it
usually means your insurance has paid all they
are going to pay and you owe the remaining
balance. Occasionally you will receive a
statement from us if your insurance needs more
information from you. Please open the
statement you receive from our office and call
our patient account Department immediately if
you have any questions. If you know your
co-payment we would appreciate your paying it at
the time of service. The amount of your
co-pay is usually listed on the front of your
insurance wallet card. Many of our
patients insurance companies do not pay 100% of
charges. The balance owed by you is
usually due to what is called deductible and
co-insurance. For your convenience, we
except Visa and MasterCard.
We are happy to except monthly payments if you
are unable to pay your balance in full. If
you are under a financial hardship, please call
and let us know and we'll be happy to work out a
payment plan.
