You may use email to contact any of our nurses or departments . Email messages should clearly identify the sender and list all pertinent information regarding your inquiry .           Email messages should not be of an urgent nature.

Because we have several physicians and thousands of patients , we implemented an automated telephone system. If you listen to the options you can go directly to the person to whom you need to speak. If you know the extension you may dial it immediately. If you are unsure, you may dial 0.

Most of the time the nurse will be on the telephone and you will need to leave a voice mail message. It is not unusual for our nurses to receive 75-100  voice or email messages each per day . Please be assured that they are retrieving their messages and calling patients back as quickly as they can.

If you have a medical emergency, our office provides an on-call service, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.  Call (765) 289-1011 and the doctor on call will be contacted  immediately.
